To provide secure and efficient handing of tickets and payments, your reunion committee has chosen Eventbrite to manage ticket sales. This page contains important information about buying your ticket(s).

Prices and Dates

  • There are separate ticket types for classmates and guests. Please be careful to select the correct type.  
  • Regular price combination Friday / Saturday tickets are no longer available.
  • Regular price Friday-only tickets are no longer available
  • No tickets of any kind will be sold between July 12th and July 25th. 
  • Walk-in combination Friday / Saturday tickets will be sold at the door by credit card only on July 26th and 27th for $130 each. Cash will not be accepted at the door. 
  • Walk-in Friday-only tickets will be sold at the door by credit card only on July 26th for $45 each. Cash will not be accepted at the door.
  • Friday-only ticketholders may upgrade to combination Friday / Saturday tickets at the price of the combination ticket on the date of the request minus the cost of ticket already purchased. Upgrades may only be purchased with a credit card. Upgrades requests must be sent to renuion45@eths1974.com and cannot be done on Eventbrite.  


To reduce committee administrative effort, ticket buyers are encouraged to use a credit or debit card to complete their checkout on Eventbrite's secure site. If you've used Eventbrite before, you may be prompted to log in. It is recommended but not required that classmates create an Eventbrite account.  

Classmates who prefer not to use a credit or debit card to complete their purchase may select the "Pay by check" option on the drop-down menu in the Payment section of Eventbrite's Checkout page. Detailed instructions for paying for your ticket by check, Zelle, or Paypal are found on this site at the Alternate Payments page. Please note that check, Zelle, or Paypal payments must be received within 10 calendar days of the order date, or the order will be cancelled. 

Tickets, Admission, and Badges

Regardless of payment method, Eventbrite will send you a confirmation e-mail including printable ticket(s) within minutes of your purchase. The printable tickets contain a coded image that will be scanned at the door at both the Friday and Saturday events. Alternate payment tickets for which payment has not been received will not be honored. Attendees without a printed ticket may be denied admission. Purchasers are encouraged to save the ticket confirmation e-mail and / or print their ticket(s) upon receipt.  

Eventbrite accountholders may reprint tickets at any time by signing in to their account, and may download an Eventbrite app for iPhone or Android for paperless admission.

Admitted ticketholders will be provided with a badge that should be worn at all times inside each event. Badges issued Friday for combined Friday / Saturday tickets will be valid for admission on Saturday. Friday-only badges will not be honored at the Saturday event.
