Ticket sales for the Gala Main Event

Terms and Conditions (applies to attendee and guest)

  1. NO REFUNDS. ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. Requests to transfer purchased tickets to other classmates will be handled on a case-by-case basis. 
  2. ONLINE TICKET SALES ONLY. The link at the bottom of this page will take you to our Eventbrite, our ticket selling platform, the only place where you can buy tickets. Your Reunion Association will not accept payments nor sell tickets through any other channel.
  3. NO ONSITE TICKET SALES. Due to Glenview Park District restrictions, we are unable to sell tickets at the door of the main event. 
  4. TICKET FEE. Eventbrite adds its required handling fee to your ticket price.  
  5. CREDIT CARDS ONLY. Major credit cards will be accepted for your purchase on our ticket selling platform. No other forms of payment will be accepted. 
  6. ALUMS ONLY; TWO TICKET LIMIT. Only known class of 1974 alumni may buy tickets. Each classmates is limited to purchasing one personal ticket plus one ticket for a guest significant other. The name of the guest must be provided when purchasing your ticket to allow the reunion association to prepare a badge for your guest. 
  7. NO NEED FOR PRINTED TICKET(S). You will receive an email confirmation from Eventbrite when you complete your purchase. You don't need to create an Eventbrite account, or to review or print your ticket(s). Check-in and badge distribution will be on Saturday September 14 at the door at the Park Center in Glenview. 
  8. BEVERAGES. Soft drinks, beer, and wine will be available to all attendees at no additional charge. Bartenders or members of the Runion Association Executive Committee may, at their own discretion, deny service to any attendee for any reason. 
  9. NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL. Attendees and their guests may not bring alcoholic beverages into the venue.  
  10. GLENVIEW PARK DISTRICT CODE OF CONDUCT. Attendees to the main event agree to abide by all provisions of the Glenview Park District's Code of Conduct, which may be accessed here.
  11. SMOKING is prohibited in the Park Center buidling and within 15 feet of any entrance to the building. 
  12. NAME SHARING. To encourage attendance, we may advise our classmates that you're planning to come on this web site, via email, and on the ETHS Class of 1974 Facebook page, all of which are visible only to our classmates. You may opt-out of name sharing when purchasing your tickets.
