Minda was in REALLY great spirits last we spoke, which was just last week. Evidently she woke up on Friday mornng feeling poorly and went back to bed. Her roomate checked on her at noon and she was not breathing. All efforts of rescusutation failed. She was not sick with covid, etc. I fear her lovely heart just gave out. Again, remember her in your prayers & heart.
Our thoughts and prayers are with family now and forever during these times dealing with the loss of your Minda. We hope you are able to have closure in during these current times.
Minda and I didn't run in the same circles at ETHS, we were just acquaintenances back then...but we became friends via facebook and she was every bit as sassy and fun and confidant as when she was a teenager. Just from things that she mentioned now and then I have the impression that her life had become very hard in the last few years...and for that reason I really admire her spiritedness. Her memory is a blessing.
I'm so very saddened by Minda's recent passing. We were both on the gymnastics teams at ETHS. Several years ago we somehow reconnected on Facebook and in September 2018, I flew into Denver and took her to lunch before starting my 2-week solo camping trip through Colorado & Utah National Parks. I hadn't seen her in 44 years, but we had such a great conversation, reminiscing and updating one another about our convoluted life journeys. Since then we mostly just kept interacting online and I could always count on her to post cartoons and amusing memes, as well as to faithfully support my own frequently political posts. She was a very kind soul, now regrettably gone just before turning 64. I will miss her so much! Though I never met any of them, my condolences, loving thoughts and prayers go out to her family, and to her many friends.
Very sad to hear the news. I have numerous fond memories of Minda before and after high school. She was one of a kind. Thoughts and prayers to all that loved her.
I took my grandsons camping right after our 40th reunion. I am so very grateful I was able to stop and spend a few hours visiting Minda in the Boulder area. She was still such fun and always remembered my birthday. I am holding on to many happy memories.
Was saddened to see that Minda had passed away. I remember that we shared some classes together at ETHS and had briefly chatted on FB over the past several years. I remember her as being a kind person especially to me. My condolences go out to her children and family.
Sorry to hear about Minda. Shared classes at Haven, saw her some at ETHS, chatted at some of the earlier reunions, and enjoyed her posts on Facebook (especilly her descriptions and pictures of meals).
I am so saddened to hear of Minda's passing. She was always so sweet and happy. We were at Haven and ETHS at the same time. Although we didn't hang out together outside of school, I enjoyed conversations with her. My condolences to her family.
Gosh, I am so sad to hear Minda has passed. Reading Debbie's comments mentioning Lynn Osborne took me back to Lincoln St. She & Lynne were always hanging out together. As Lynne's next door neighbor I saw them all the time. Minda was a beautiful soul and beautiful girl back then, sounds like nothing changed as she grew older. Prayers to her family & friends from Texas.
